Kota is a laid-back, forgetful teenager who encounters an extraterrestrial being resembling a puppet with large, appealing eyes. This creature, named Eichi, abducts Kota's right arm and intends to take over Earth. However, Eichi's efforts backfire, leading to widespread disorder in the area. The situation becomes more complicated with the introduction of Kota's girlfriend, Erika.
