Kota is a carefree and forgetful teenager who stumbles upon an alien creature resembling a puppet with large, charming eyes. This being, named Eichi, steals Kota's right arm and plots to conquer Earth. However, Eichi's attempts go awry, causing chaos in the area. Matters become even more complicated with the involvement of Kota's girlfriend, Erika.
