Qiu Niang

A 22-year-old interior designer named Hans Duan becomes entangled in a criminal case after working on a home for a member of a criminal group. Wrongly accused of murder, he is sentenced to death. In prison, he is approached by a government scientist known as No.73, who recruits him for a human experiment. The procedure fails, resulting in Hans's death. His body is discarded in a city landfill, but residual experimental medication in his system causes a genetic mutation. Hans is resurrected, now transformed into a woman.
