Invaders of the Rokujouma!?·六畳間の侵略者！？
A young man named Koutarou lives in a cramped 6-tatami apartment for 5000 yen a month due to his limited finances. While the low rent is a benefit, the apartment is cursed, and a ghostly girl resides there. She attempts to scare him out, causing various disturbances. Koutarou also deals with inquisitive neighbors and encounters self-proclaimed magical girls who unnecessarily intervene in his situation.
