Rumic World

This compilation gathers early short stories and one-shots by Rumiko Takahashi, including both obscure pieces and popular works that received OVA adaptations. Initially published as a three-volume series called Rumic World, it was later reissued in two larger volumes in 1995 under the title Takahashi Rumiko Kessaku Tanpenshuu. An English version titled Rumic World Trilogy was released by Viz Media in 1997. Each story is listed with its original Japanese volume, the re-release volume, and the corresponding English volume. The collection includes titles such as Fire Tripper, When My Eyes Got Wings, The Laughing Target, Sleep and Forget, War Council, Those Selfish Aliens, Maris the Chojo, originally Supergal, The Golden Gods of Poverty, That Darn Cat, Time Warp Trouble, A Cry for Help, The Face Pack, Wedded Bliss, The Entrepreneurial Spirit, and Wasted Minds.
