Ruten no Terma
The Wheel of Life·流転のテルマ
Tokumaru Tokuda, a medical student on academic leave, becomes determined to find his missing brother after receiving a distress email. Using a photo sent by his brother as a clue, he travels to Western Tibet with two local male guides, Sonam and Namgyal. They head toward a remote valley that is avoided by even the local population due to its reputation for bringing misfortune. The trio begins a long trek on foot through the high-altitude region in search of answers.
