Ruten no Terma

Tokumaru Tokuda is a medical student currently on academic leave. After receiving a distress email from his missing brother, he becomes determined to find him. Using a photo sent by his brother as a clue, he travels to Western Tibet with two local male guides, Sonam and Namgyal. They head toward a remote valley that is avoided even by the local population due to its reputation for bringing misfortune. The trio begins a long trek on foot through the high-altitude region in search of answers.
