In a world affected by the Rusty Wind, Akaboshi Bisco, who has recently become immortal, begins a journey with Milo. They travel to Shimane, where they hear about Kelshinha, the "Immortal Priest" believed to have ruled the city for two centuries. Seeking a way to end Bisco's immortality, they enter a city marked by conflict, unusual ceremonies, and violent offerings. Various religious factions coexist in a fragile state within the city.
