Sabu to Ichi Torimono Hikae

A young investigator from the Edo bakufu travels with a blind master swordsman, taking on cases that involve helping ordinary citizens resolve issues caused by bandits or dishonest authorities. The investigator is engaged to the daughter of his superior, a police officer serving under the Tokugawa shogunate.
