Sachi no Otera Gohan

A 27-year-old office worker named Sachi Usui has a routine of eating instant meals due to her hectic schedule and lack of motivation. While at a convenience store, she is questioned by one of three men about the nutritional value of her food. The men are from Ensenji Temple, where the head priest is known for his cooking skills. The next day, one of them invites her to view flowers at the temple, where she is served Buddhist cuisine and given encouragement. Inspired, she begins cooking with fresh ingredients from the supermarket. She continues visiting the temple to learn more about cooking, gradually improving her mindset and lifestyle.
