Gangyu was part of a group of heroes who refused to kill, even their enemies. He struggled to accept this rule but honored it until the villain responsible for his team's deaths also killed his brother while in prison. Seeking justice, Gangyu enters Ruculus as the prison's executioner, given the right to kill. His mission is to confront and eliminate the most dangerous villains, targeting the one who destroyed his squad and family.
