A facility known as Psych House is designed for individuals who possess supernatural abilities. Nemuru, a boy capable of altering his size, extends an invitation to Kotone, a girl who can teleport, to reside there. Their lives, and those of others with psychic powers, start to unfold in ways that are both enigmatic and ordinary.
