Sanshimai ga Ore wo Yuuwaku Shite Kuru!!

A man who failed his medical school entrance exam relocates to a rural village to prepare for another attempt, inspired by his grandfather's legacy as a doctor. He is to stay in a home managed by three attractive sisters, who, along with the village and its inhabitants, guard a significant secret. The village is populated exclusively by women, and one of the sisters, the youngest, expresses an unusual desire to "eat" him, a behavior hinted at by her fangs. The protagonist finds himself questioning the nature of this place and the strange occurrences surrounding it.
