Sansukumi

Three young men—Kyotaro, the son of a Shinto priest; Takahito, the son of a Buddhist priest; and Takumi, the son of a pastor—navigate the challenges of their inherited roles in religious life. Their daily experiences are marked by emotional highs and lows, as they struggle with the pressures of maintaining popularity among worshippers and upholding the responsibilities of their positions. Each must perform rituals with precision, leaving little room for error. As heirs to their respective places of worship, they face constant stress and uncertainty in their efforts to meet expectations and manage their duties without failure. Their lives are filled with ongoing concerns and the weight of their inherited roles.
