A young man named Shuujun Kurata has the ability to "return by death," allowing him to relive the same two days repeatedly. Alongside Yato Tsugahara, another girl who is aware of the loop, he tries to save Kotoka Sumi, the woman he admires. Despite his efforts, Kotoka dies each time the cycle resets. As Shuujun becomes increasingly desperate, Yato encourages him to forget Kotoka and focus on enjoying each day with her instead. They suggest continuing the loop so that only they remember each iteration, while everyone else does not. The story explores the recurring two days through themes of romance and suspense.
