Seitokaichou ni Chuukoku

Chiga is surprised when his judo teammate Kokusai wins the class president election at their all-boys school. As part of his new role, Kokusai immediately names Chiga as his vice-president. Chiga wonders how someone as laid-back as Kokusai could have won the election. It soon becomes apparent that his main responsibility as vice-president is to prevent Kokusai from getting into trouble. Whether Chiga can successfully manage this remains to be seen.
