Sennen Darling

Ippei Tsukanoma wakes up in Giniro Karisome's lab after a strange and violent event in the 1980s town of Senni Dani. He learns he has been turned into Millennium Darling, a cyborg made using ancient lost technology. Alongside Giniro and others, Ippei discovers the existence of other cyborgs, though these are not friendly. They must confront these dangerous foes, led by Lord Neiron, to defend themselves and their town.
