Shachou to Sake to Hoshi

Reina Izutsu is 24 and newly appointed president of Izutsu Printing, taking over after her father's death. Lacking experience, she struggles to connect with her staff and often appears stern. Overwhelmed, she goes to a deserted park one night to drink and complain to the sky about wanting to quit. Unaware that her section chief, Kenichi Ishizumi, is nearby, she lets out her frustrations. Instead of exploiting the moment, Kenichi is moved by her vulnerability. He decides to stand by her and assist her in navigating her role as president.
