Shinitagari to Hibari
死にたがりと雲雀
A ronin named Kuchiki shares a home with Hibari, a girl who has lost her parents. Hibari slowly begins to smile and grow stronger with Kuchiki's support. But when a boy named Matsunosuke, who also lost his mother, makes a passing comment, it stirs painful memories of Hibari’s father in her mind. The story explores the emotional struggles of two individuals carrying heavy pasts as they navigate life in old Edo. Four additional chapters are included.
