Shitashii Kimi to no Mishiranu Kioku

Yukinari begins having recurring dreams featuring a mysterious girl. One day, he encounters Yuuko, who turns out to be the girl from his dreams, and she reveals she has also dreamed of him. The two begin meeting in person to explore the connection between their shared dreams and gradually develop feelings for each other. Their relationship takes a sudden turn when Yuuko unexpectedly faints and falls into a coma. The story follows their bond, formed through shared dreams, as they seek a way to overcome this crisis.
