Kojirou Shinomiya, having graduated as the top student from Tootsuki Culinary Academy, went to France with the goal of becoming the first Japanese chef to win the Pluspol Award. After reaching the top, he found his motivation fading as he lacked new challenges. The story follows his journey of rediscovery after an unofficial cooking competition at a training camp for first-year students. Seeking to reignite his passion, Kojirou revisits his past techniques while looking ahead to redefine his culinary purpose. The series includes bonus chapters in volumes four, five, and six.
