Hamanishi FC is an elementary school soccer team with an unremarkable record but several promising players. Soushi has exceptional speed, Roku shows strong leadership, and Akira, the only girl on the team, displays talent in all areas of the game. After showing her abilities during a match, Akira earns the team's acceptance, even from the initially resistant Soushi. The team continues to develop as they face various challenges.
