A first-year college student named Souta Mizuse struggles with being colorblind and feels disconnected from others because of it. One day, he is drawn to a photograph at an exhibition and finds it beautiful, despite not knowing what colors are considered normal. He feels both admiration and isolation, believing he cannot perceive the image as others do. These conflicting emotions lead him to conclude that photography is beyond his reach. However, after encountering the photographer Hinata Ayatsuki, his perspective on the world gradually shifts.
