Kouhei works as a doctor at a university hospital and has drifted apart from his high school friend Tadashi. While Kouhei has built a stable career, Tadashi is unemployed, financially struggling, and openly gay, working as a writer. After a difficult night, Tadashi texts Kouhei and is surprised to get a response. Tadashi has long had unspoken feelings for Kouhei.
