China is a beautiful young woman often compared to natural and celestial wonders. Jim Floyd, a technical assistant working for the eccentric Professor Breckenridge, is captivated by her and becomes determined to give her something extraordinary. He discovers that he has the unusual ability to grant her wishes, and he plans to use it to fulfill his desire to give her the moon.
