A 17-year-old boy named Riichi Hourai is reincarnated as a succubus due to a mistake by the Reincarnation Support Department. Unlike other succubi, who drain life essence from humans, Riichi refuses to do so and instead seeks an alternative. He discovers that milk can serve as a substitute, though the world he inhabits has no cows. Under special circumstances, he is given a dairy cow to raise, which becomes essential for his survival. As he struggles to resist his succubus instincts, he also uncovers that the cow is not ordinary. Unaware of the growing conflicts around him, Riichi remains oblivious to the fact that his deceased best friend has also been reincarnated and is nearby. The story follows his efforts to adapt to his new life while searching for a way to reunite with his friend.
