Sunoharasou no Kanrinin-san

Shiina Aki moves to Tokyo to attend middle school, hoping to change how others perceive him due to his feminine appearance. He ends up living in Sunohara-sou, where he meets the caretaker, Sunohara Ayaka, and three female members of the student council from his school: Yukimoto Yuzu, Yamanashi Sumire, and Kazami Yuri. Aki begins a new life sharing a home with these four girls.
