Jul 5, 2018Shy boy Aki Shiina relocates to Tokyo to start a new school and assert his male identity. Along the way, he is repeatedly mistaken for a girl, including by liquor store owner Nishiki and Sunohara-sou proprietor Ayaka Sunohara, who only realizes his gender upon escorting him to the bath. Aki develops feelings for Ayaka and desires to be treated as a man. She playfully demands a cheek kiss before complying, but their moment is interrupted by the returning student council, who introduce themselves. Later, anxious about his first day, Aki receives help from Ayaka, who dons a school uniform to roleplay as a student, allowing him to practice social interactions before attending class.

Aug 30, 2018Aki and Ayaka assist Nishiki with her liquor store's Oktoberfest event. Later, the student council takes turns role-playing as each other's and Aki's older sister while Aki attempts to avoid mentioning his own sister.
EP 11Matsuri visits Sunohara-sou and challenges Ayaka to prove her caregiving skills for Aki
Sep 13, 2018Aki's older sister Matsuri arrives at Sunohara-sou, forcing him to wear women's clothes and addressing him with female pronouns. She demands he live with her, but Ayaka intervenes. Matsuri agrees to let Aki remain if Ayaka demonstrates her ability to care for him. Ayaka impresses Matsuri through her cooking, attentive care, and by bathing with Aki, leading Matsuri to silently acknowledge her skills. Later, Matsuri attempts to take Aki home, separating him from Ayaka. She gets lost and twists her ankle, requiring Aki to carry her back to Sunohara-sou. Later, the student council searches his room for pornographic magazines but finds a men's fitness magazine instead, leading them to wrongly assume he is attracted to men. The group spends New Year's Eve together and visits a shrine the following day, where Aki prays to become more masculine and grow closer to Ayaka.
