Taiyou no Uta

A 16-year-old girl named Kaoru Amane has xeroderma pigmentosum, a genetic condition that makes her skin vulnerable to even minimal sunlight, forcing her to remain indoors during the day. At night, she leaves her home to perform music near a train station. While staying inside, she observes a boy and becomes interested in him. Her cousin reveals the boy's name is Kouji Fujishiro. Kaoru eventually meets him during one of her evening outings, and this encounter deepens her affection for him. As their connection grows, the challenges posed by her illness become more apparent.
