Akemitsu Akegami wants to live independently, rejecting the belief his father instilled in him. His father's harsh influence drives his desire to avoid a similar path. After an encounter with a woman leads to troubling thoughts, he resolves to become a Buddhist monk and leave behind his worldly concerns. However, the temple he chooses is unexpectedly populated by women, including the same woman from his encounter. He must now navigate this situation.
