Megami-ryou no Ryoubo-kun.

A 12-year-old boy named Nagumi Koushi is left alone after his father abandons him following a house fire. Living on the streets without money, he is discovered by a girl named Minerva and brought to a dormitory for women known for having difficult residents. He is asked to serve as their "Dormitory Mother," a role that places him in charge of managing the eccentric personalities of the older women living there. Koushi begins this unusual new life among them.
