In the safest city in the world, New York City, police officer Tiny McDaniel works tirelessly to earn recognition from her older brother, Reigand Mcdaniel, a Vaneast Hero. Despite her efforts, she has not received a significant mission. One day, a black angel arrives, bringing chaos and violence to the city. Bullets fly, and innocent people are killed in a series of attacks. The Vaneast, unprepared for such an event, are unable to stop the unfolding horror. As a red moon hovers over the city, a major plan begins to unfold.
