Tokage no Ou

A boy named Ikagawa Tokage possesses the ability to change the color of his eyes each time he blinks. He considers this power trivial and aims to enhance it to prove it is more than a mere novelty. He practices in an empty building in Tokyo. One day, while training, he discovers what appears to be a crime scene and suspects the perpetrator is still nearby. The situation raises questions about his chances of surviving the encounter and whether his power has untapped potential.
