A high school girl with a modest background and only her father for family, Urushiba Rinka experiences an unusual event when she witnesses a penguin and glowing fish flying in the sky. A classmate with a scarred face confirms her vision, and after touching a fish, she faints and awakens with the ability to pass through solid objects like the floor.
