Tonari no Gorilla ni Koishiteiru

A curse causes me to see members of the opposite sex as animals. The girl who sits next to me appears as a gorilla—muscular, with coarse body hair and a rugged, chiseled face. Despite her animal form, her voice, mannerisms, and way of speaking clearly belong to a calm and composed girl. As we interact, I find myself growing fond of her, even as I remain unaware of how to lift the curse. One day, a senior student, who appears as a cat and wears the boys’ uniform, approaches me and claims to know how to break the curse. The story follows my daily life with the gorilla, shaped by this strange condition.
