Tsuki no Shirosa wo Shirite Madoromu

Irede is a historic pleasure town established as a gift to a deity, where myth has persisted for thousands of years. Known for its vibrant red lanterns, exquisite wine, and refined music, it attracts visitors from across the land to witness its beauty and meet its courtesans. However, supernatural entities called shades, formed from human desires, hide in the dark, and an ancient force stirs beneath the surface. Xixu, a disciplined military officer from the capital, arrives to take up the role of shadeslayer. There, he meets Sari, a courtesan with silver hair. The story explores themes of love, conflict, desire, and the relationship between gods and mortals.
