A magical realm known as the Magic World of Oz faces a threat from the witch Marion, who has taken control of the 109 kingdom. North Ypsilon, a white mage, travels to Earth in search of a hero capable of stopping her. Upon arriving in Japan, he finds himself at a high school in Tokyo, where he encounters Sorata, who unexpectedly turns out to be the hero he is seeking.
