Monica experiences her first witch execution, which triggers an unexpected reaction within her. Despite not knowing the reason or method, she manages to save the witch and escapes the city, abandoning her previous life. Accompanied by the rescued witch, Gloria, Monica reaches the witch's guild. It is here that both Monica and Gloria start their journey together.
