Azusa is a devoted fan of Chika-kun, a member of the idol group Prince 4 U. After a failed attempt to save him results in her death, she finds herself in Heaven with him. However, she is sent back to life with a twist—her soul is in his body and his is in hers. They discover they can switch places by kissing. The situation raises questions about what the future holds for them.
