Watashi ga Motete Dousunda

A girl who enjoys imagining romantic relationships between male characters experiences a dramatic change after her favorite anime character dies, leading her to lose a significant amount of weight. As a result, four male students at her school begin pursuing her romantically, though she finds little interest in these advances and instead dreams of seeing them in relationships with one another.
