Yami no Shihosha Judge

Hoichiro Ohma is an office worker known for his quiet and unassuming nature, even to his girlfriend, Nanase. Unbeknownst to others, he holds a hidden role. When murders occur, suicides are accompanied by curses, or deaths require judgment, he intervenes. As a Judge of Darkness, he enforces the Laws of Darkness using a book bound in human skin and an unusual parrot. He delivers verdicts against living criminals who would otherwise escape justice.
