NAVI-ko is altered by Tarantulas, gaining a physical form that can transform into a dolphin. She appears before Megatron, sharing intelligence—supplied by Tarantulas—about Nemesis Prime, a malevolent clone of Optimus Prime. Interested in recruiting Nemesis Prime for his own cause, Megatron dispatches NAVI-ko through a transwarp portal to 2014. Her destination is Doctor Arkeville's Decepticon Base in Yokohama, Japan, where Nemesis Prime has been located. The manga was released online as part of the promotional campaign for the 2014 Transformers Expo in Yokohama.
