ZOIDS: Wakusei Zi

During a training session, Kugo, a skilled pilot of Galaxy Quest, intercepts an unknown SOS signal. Investigating its origin, he travels to the enigmatic Planet Zi, where he encounters a new type of mechanical lifeforms known as Zoids. The experience is further complicated when Kugo attempts to save a Zoid from danger and unexpectedly discovers he can pilot it, despite having no prior training. The question remains whether the signal was a random occurrence or something more deliberate.
