Ep. 9: Capítulo Masacre Cuatro: Negociación

The fight to save Satoko from her uncle's abuse continues. Eventually many townspeople protest alongside the main characters to ignite government action in Satoko's case. Satoko is reluctant to denounce her uncle however, since she feels that she and she alone is responsible for Satoshi's disappearance, and her uncle threatens to burn down Satoshi's room if Satoko leaves the house. This continues to place government action at an impasse. Satoko returns to school, but shows evidence of abuse and mental trauma, and is taken to the clinic to have her calm down. After Keiichi visits her at the clinic, he meets Ooishi outside, who advises him to not overextend the issue with the counseling office, and informs Keiichi that the Sonozaki household has been informed of the situation by the Child Counseling Center. During a meeting between supportive townspeople and the Child Counseling Center, Rika realizes that she is the one who must take action. (Source: Wikipedia)
