With everybody mistakenly thinking that Takafumi, and not Makoto, controls the Handler that he takes advantage of the situation to clear his name. He insists that Makoto be kept safe, but he needs to be able to see the Handler to control the power. Juri and company launch an attack on Sagawa using Tobino to distract him while Juri expels his Specter, but is unable to do so. (Source: Wikipedia)
