At the Seieji Temple, the 5th seal is broken. Only four seals prevent Hagoromo Gitsune from achieving her goal. Yura and Mamiru train under Ryuji's tutelage while Akifusa, Masatsugu and Pato, the onmyōji guardians of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd seals located at Nijo Castle, Sokokuji Temple, and Rokukinji Temple proceed with their plan to kill Hagoromo Gitsune at the Nishihoganji Temple (fourth seal). In Tono, Rikuo hears that that skilled onmyōji are being hunted down one by one and decides to return home to gather his night parade of demons before heading to Kyoto.
