Cool Cool Bye

Two brothers on hover bikes encounter a massive metal fortress, which they engage in combat and severely damage. The fortress retreats, leaving the brothers stranded in what appears to be a wasteland. They discover the area is inhabited by nomads who inform them the fortress has hidden within a mountain. The nomads ask the brothers to complete the mission, and two of them join as guides. During the journey, the group is assisted by a fairy capable of transforming into a mech-warrior woman.
