Dorohedoro

A man known as Kaiman has no memory of his past, only that a Magic User altered his form, giving him a reptilian head. Seeking answers, he travels with Nikaido, a woman who assists him. Together, they hunt down Magic Users in a place called "The Hole," killing them by biting their heads off. After each encounter, Kaiman reveals a "second man" inside his mouth, whom he removes and questions: "What did the guy inside my head say?"
