Fragtime

Misuzu Moritani has the ability to freeze time for everyone around her for three minutes each day, but the short duration limits what she can do. She mostly uses it for small, personal pleasures until she accidentally looks up a classmate’s skirt while using her power. The target, Haruka Murakami, remains unaffected by the time stop. Realizing her mistake, Misuzu tries to apologize, but things become more complicated when Haruka suggests they get closer to resolve the situation. Misuzu is left trying to figure out how to fix her error while dealing with the unexpected consequences of her actions.
