Fuuto Tantei

In the environmentally conscious city of Fuuto, USB-like devices known as Gaia Memories are used by criminals to transform into creatures called Dopants, committing acts of violence that the police cannot prevent. These devices also contain a harmful toxin that causes users to suffer mental deterioration and potentially fatal consequences. Following the death of his superior, a detective named Shoutaro Hidari partners with an enigmatic figure named Philip to investigate Dopant-related crimes. Equipped with their own Gaia Memories and Double Driver belts, they combine to become Kamen Rider Double in an effort to combat the Dopant threat and protect Fuuto. This anime marks the 50th anniversary of the Kamen Rider series.
